During your exam, we look for decay and, if needed, take an image to get a clear picture. We show you exactly what we are seeing so nothing is a mystery.
Gently numb the area
Before anything else, we numb the tooth so you stay comfortable throughout. We take our time with this step — there is no rush.
Remove decay and place the filling
We clear out the decay and fill the space with a tooth-colored material that restores the tooth and blends right in.
Check your bite and finish up
We have you bite down to make sure everything feels right, then polish the filling smooth before you head out.
