Send one message to a whole segment of patients at once.

Sometimes you need to reach a group fast — "we’re closing early Friday," "Dr. Lee has openings next week." Broadcast lets you message a segment from the inbox without building a campaign.
- 1In Messages, click the 📣 Broadcast button (owner/admin).
- 2Pick a segment with a live count — today’s visits, tomorrow’s visits, the next 7 days, or all active opt-in patients.
- 3Write the message; each recipient gets it in their own thread, so their replies come back to your inbox normally.
- 4A 500-recipient cap keeps this for genuine broadcasts — bigger sends belong in Recall campaigns with funnel tracking.
