What are missed hygiene visits costing you?
Every practice has patients who quietly fell off the recall schedule. Put in three numbers you already know and see what that's worth per year — the math runs right here in your browser.
Your practice
Rough numbers are fine — your PMS knows the exact ones.

Left on the table each year
$180,000
600 of your patients are off the hygiene schedule. At 2 visits a year and $150 a visit, that’s 1,200 visits — $15,000 a month — not happening. That’s arithmetic on your own numbers, not a projection.
If steady recall wins some of them back
Cautious · 10%
$18,000/yr
120 visits back on the books
Middling · 25%
$45,000/yr
300 visits back on the books
Strong · 40%
$72,000/yr
480 visits back on the books
Scenarios, not promises — real win-back depends on your list, your area, and how long patients have been away. Practices that never ask win back close to none of it.
The break-even line: DreamCRM is $200/mo — at your fees it pays for itself the moment recall books back 2 visits a month. Everything past that is the upside above.
How the math works (all of it)
Patients off the schedule × two hygiene visits a year × your average visit value = what’s at stake. The three columns apply a 10%, 25%, and 40% win-back rate to that number — hedged on purpose, because a recall engine reaches people; it doesn’t teleport them into chairs. There’s no projection of your results here: the only practice-specific numbers on this page are the ones you typed.
The part software actually changes is the asking. Most practices ask once, by hand, when someone remembers. A recall engine asks every due patient, every cycle, forever — email first, with a booking link — and reports the only number that matters: booked back. That’s the exact funnel DreamCRM runs and shows you, and we published the scripts free: the recall scripts.
$200/mo flat, month-to-month — the break-even line above is the whole pitch.
