Logins for the front desk, roles, and what each role can do.

Each person’s first sign-in gets the welcome tour and their own page-by-page hints — dismissing a hint only dismisses it for them, so training a new hire costs you nothing.
- 1Go to Settings → Team and enter a teammate’s email.
- 2Pick a role: Owner and Admin can change practice settings, billing, and the portal; Member covers daily front-desk work.
- 3They receive an invite email; accepting it creates their personal login.
