Two growth loops that run off patients you already have. The loyalty program awards points for visits; refer-a-friend gives each patient a share link and credits them when a new patient books through it.

  1. 1Turn on referrals in the portal (Settings → Patient portal); each patient gets a unique share link.
  2. 2When someone books through that link, the booking is attributed to the referrer and surfaced to your team.
  3. 3Loyalty points accrue on completed visits — a quiet reason to keep coming back.
