The public booking page and the portal both offer real openings: your office hours minus what is already on the books, in your practice’s timezone. Two patients can’t take the same slot — the second one is asked to pick again.
- 1Office hours (Settings → Clinic profile) define the grid; closed days say "we’re closed", sold-out days say so honestly.
- 2Portal settings restrict which visit types are self-bookable and how much notice a booking needs.
- 3Every confirmation email includes your intake form link when one is set as default.
